The 8-Week Program Includes:

  • 18 educational sessions with food demonstrations and CHIP-friendly food samples every Monday and Tuesday evenings during the program.

  • CHIP online with a "Learn More" textbook, Live More workbook, Eat More Cookbook, (hard copy kit costs extra)

  • Regular alumni support meetings through Club CHIP.
